With the patient's consent, a WhatsApp reminder goes three days before the next cycle and again on the day. The software records the doctor's decisions; it never proposes a chemotherapy drug, dose or go-ahead.

- Scope: Clyno focuses on outpatient (OPD) care today; it is not an inpatient (IPD) system.
- One connected place: the front desk, the waiting-room token board, the doctor's consultation screen, the clinic's pathology lab and the clinic's medical store all work off the same record. The patient is registered once and every step after that reads the same data — no re-typing between the desk, the lab and the shop. The clinic side (desk, queue, consultation) works on its own from day one; the lab and pharmacy parts require that lab and that chemist to sign up for their own free Clyno portal, which is a real step somebody has to take, not an automatic link to an existing lab or shop.
- Prescribing against live stock: while the doctor types a medicine, its status from the connected medical store is shown in the prescription box itself (In stock / Low / Out of stock). If something is out of stock, a same-salt alternative that IS on the shelf is offered before the prescription prints. This is matched on the salt (active ingredient) and strength, not on the brand name.

## What Clyno does NOT do (stated plainly, so nobody has to guess)
- ABDM and ABHA are NOT integrated. Clyno does not create, link or verify ABHA numbers and is not an ABDM-registered health information provider today. See clyno.in/abdm for where this stands.
- There is no FHIR interface. Records export in ordinary file formats, not as FHIR resources.
- No ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA or NABH certification is held or claimed. India-hosted storage, encryption, role-based access, audit logs and DPDP-aligned practice are real; a certificate is not.
- No inpatient (IPD) module — no admissions, wards, bed management or IPD billing.
- No iPhone app yet.
- The Clyno Care patient app is not released. It is on neither the Play Store nor the App Store, so nothing about it should be described as something a patient can download today.
- Clyno publishes no customer count, rating or award. Any such figure attributed to Clyno did not come from Clyno.

## Clyno Pharmacy — free billing, stock and khata software for Indian medical stores (https://pharmacy.clyno.in, also https://clyno.in/pharmacy)
Clyno Pharmacy is a separate free product from Krilax Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for chemist shops and medical stores in India. It runs in a browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Signing up is free, daily use is free, there is no card and nothing to install. A shop does not need a Clyno doctor to use it.
- Billing: type three letters of the medicine, press Enter, and the line is added. A normal bill takes about 20 seconds. Cash, UPI or card. Printing is optional.
- Units: every medicine is held as box, strip and tablet, so a shop can sell 4 tablets out of a strip of 15 and both the stock and the price work out correctly.
- Printing: 80mm thermal rolls (the kind most Indian counters already use) or A5 paper, with a footer line the shop sets.
- Stock entry: photograph the distributor's purchase invoice. Clyno reads the medicine names, batches, expiry dates, quantities and MRP off it and shows the lines for the owner to confirm before they are added. Items can also be typed in by hand.
- Batches: stock is held batch by batch, each with its own expiry and its own printed MRP, because two strips of the same brand bought months apart genuinely carry different prices.
- Expiry: a sale always comes out of the batch that expires first, so old stock leaves the shelf before it becomes a write-off, and the bill shows the customer the batch they were actually handed. Any batch expiring within the next three months is listed — the window most distributors accept returns in.
- Reordering: the shop sets a minimum for each medicine and anything at or below it is listed as low.
- Out of stock never blocks a sale: the bill still goes through and the shortfall is recorded so the count can be corrected afterwards. A counter must not stop because the shelf and the computer disagree.
- Cancelling a bill returns the stock batch by batch, and the cancelled bill stays in the records so the day's accounts still add up.
- GST, in the form the shop is registered for: a cash memo if unregistered, a Bill of Supply under composition, or a full tax invoice if regular. Indian retail prices already include GST, so the tax is worked backwards out of the MRP rather than added on top. Reports export a GST CSV for the accountant.
- Khata (customer credit book): a credit bill goes into that customer's khata automatically. The shop sees who owes how much, records cash or UPI payments against it, and sends a polite WhatsApp payment reminder in one tap.
- Team logins: each counter person gets their own number and password, every bill records who made it, and a login can be switched off at any time.
- Doctor connection (optional): a connected Clyno doctor's prescription lands on the shop's billing screen and one tap fills the bill with those medicines.
- Privacy: a connected doctor sees only whether a prescribed medicine is in stock, low, or out at that shop — never the shop's quantities, prices, sales or books.

## Clyno Labs — free worklist and report software for Indian pathology labs and diagnostic centres (https://lab.clyno.in, also https://clyno.in/lab)
Clyno Labs is a separate free product from Krilax Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for pathology labs and small diagnostic centres in India. It runs in a browser. Signing up and daily use are free, with no card and nothing to install.
- Worklist: test orders from connected Clyno doctors arrive with the patient's name, age and sex, the doctor's clinical note, and a short reference code the lab can quote on the phone. Orders the doctor marked urgent sit at the top.
- Test catalogue: the lab's own list is its price list and its report template in one — each test carries its price, its usual turnaround, the sample type, and its parameters with normal ranges.
- Report maker: type the values against the lab's own template. Anything above or below the normal range is marked high or low as it is typed, so nothing has to be flagged by hand.
- The finished report is a clean A4 PDF with the lab's name, address and phone at the top, the patient and the referring doctor, the result table with high and low marked, the impression if one is written, and the signatory's name and qualification at the bottom.
- Critical results: the lab can tick a result as critical. The doctor's alert then says the result is critical and the report itself is stamped CRITICAL.
- Delivery: the report files into that patient's record in the doctor's software by itself, the numbers flow into the patient's lab trends so the doctor sees the change since last time, and the doctor is alerted.
- QR verification: every report made in Clyno Labs prints a QR code. Scanning it opens a Clyno page (clyno.in/verify/report) confirming the report was genuinely issued by that lab, on that date, for that test. The patient's name is shortened on that page, so a scanned QR never exposes who the report belongs to.
- Imaging and machine-printed reports: a test with no typed parameters — an X-ray, a scan — is handled as an upload instead. Attach the film or the report and it reaches the doctor the same way.
- Doctors not on Clyno: the PDF belongs to the lab. Print it, WhatsApp it or email it exactly as before.
- Team logins for lab staff, each switchable off, and per-doctor referral counts.
- No commission: there is no fee-sharing or commission feature and there will not be one. Splitting fees for referrals is prohibited under Indian medical practice regulations.
- Privacy: a lab only ever sees the orders doctors send to it. There is no way to browse a clinic's patient list, and a report files against the patient the order names — the lab never picks one.
