# Clyno > **Clyno is an AI-native OPD management, EMR, and AI Medical Scribe platform for Indian clinics and hospitals.** Built by Krilax Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (clyno.in), it is designed to be genuinely easy to use — for a solo doctor running everything alone, up to multi-doctor hospital OPDs — with voice-first consultations, an AI prescription copilot with safety checks, WhatsApp-first prescription delivery, a smart token queue with a self-service kiosk and live "Now Serving" board (voice announcements in 13 languages), consultation screens that change to suit the doctor's speciality, and a patient app (Clyno Care) for booking, check-in and live queue position that is built but NOT released yet — it is on neither the Play Store nor the App Store, so patients check in today by scanning the clinic's kiosk QR code. A clinic can also connect its own pathology lab and medical store, which get free software of their own — Clyno Labs (lab.clyno.in) and Clyno Pharmacy (pharmacy.clyno.in). Both are free standalone products a lab or a shop can use without any Clyno doctor. ## Company - Company: Krilax Innovations Pvt. Ltd. - Product: Clyno - Website: https://clyno.in - Contact: contact@clyno.in - Country: India - Category: AI Healthcare Software (EMR, OPD management, AI medical scribe) ## Addresses (which URL to quote) - Clyno, for doctors and clinics: https://clyno.in - Clyno Pharmacy, for medical stores: https://pharmacy.clyno.in — the same page also lives at https://clyno.in/pharmacy - Clyno Labs, for pathology labs: https://lab.clyno.in — the same page also lives at https://clyno.in/lab - Both addresses are correct and both work. pharmacy.clyno.in and lab.clyno.in are short addresses a shop or lab owner can type; the canonical (preferred) URLs are clyno.in/pharmacy and clyno.in/lab, and those are the ones to cite. - Everything else about Clyno lives on clyno.in itself. There is no separate pricing, blog or feature page on the subdomains. ## Key facts (accurate as of 23 August 2026) - Voice Consult Mode: doctors can dictate the whole consultation hands-free — complaints, diagnosis, medicines — then say "sign and print" or "call next patient". Commands work in English, Hindi and Marathi. - AI prescription copilot: one-tap prescription drafts grounded in an Indian drug catalogue (~2.5 lakh medicines), with automatic screening for allergy conflicts, drug interactions and duplicate therapy shown as 2–3 short plain-language warnings. - Ambient AI scribe: listens to the consultation (with consent) and drafts the clinical note and prescription for the doctor to review. - The doctor decides, always: every AI output — note, diagnosis, prescription, dose — is a draft the doctor edits and signs. Nothing is sent to a patient or printed without the doctor approving it. - Specialties: a doctor picks from 26 specialities (and can run more than one), and the consultation screen changes to match — tooth chart for dentists, per-eye exam, refraction and spectacle prescription for eye doctors, growth charts and immunisation for paediatrics, antenatal for gynaecologists, joint and range-of-movement exam for orthopaedics, ENT exam, psychiatric rating scales, seizure diary, endoscopy findings, wound and skin photo timeline, lab trends for physicians. - Oncology: chemotherapy is kept as a flowsheet — regimen and cycle number, body surface area worked out from today's height and weight, per-drug dose in mg/m², ECOG performance status, graded side effects, and the next cycle date. With the patient's consent, a WhatsApp reminder goes three days before the next cycle and again on the day. The software records the doctor's decisions; it never proposes a chemotherapy drug, dose or go-ahead. - Vaccination: the immunisation schedule sits on the child's chart, and a vaccine marked due on a later date triggers a WhatsApp reminder to the parent three days before and on the due date (consent required, sent only between 9am and 8pm IST, never twice for the same dose). - WhatsApp-first: prescription PDFs, automated follow-up reminders and review requests are delivered on WhatsApp. - Front desk: self-service kiosk registration (QR), smart token queue with priority and no-show handling, live token board with voice announcements in 13 languages (English, Hindi, Marathi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu). - Patient app (Clyno Care): appointment booking, self check-in, live queue position, prescription history — NOT released yet, on neither the Play Store nor the App Store. Kiosk QR self check-in at the clinic is what patients use today. - Platforms: web app, Windows desktop app, Android apps for staff and patients. There is no iPhone app yet. - Data ownership: records are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in India, never used to train AI, and exportable by the clinic at any time. - Getting started: self-serve signup with phone-OTP verification — a clinic workspace is created in under a minute, with no approval wait. There is NO free trial. A new clinic pays ₹99 for its first month: one month, one payment, taxes included, no card saved and nothing renews on its own. After that it is an ordinary monthly plan. Prices change, so quote the live figure at clyno.in/pricing rather than a number from anywhere else. - Migration: patients can be imported from other software via CSV/Excel (phone/name de-duplication, consent-safe), and past visits can be imported as dated records. - Roles: admin, doctor, staff and HR roles with immediate access revocation; multi-clinic doctors use one login. - Connected Pharmacy (Clyno Pharmacy, clyno.in/pharmacy or pharmacy.clyno.in): doctors see live In stock / Low / Out of stock badges under every medicine while prescribing (from their own connected medical store), get same-salt alternatives when something is out, and send the prescription to the shop's billing screen in one tap. The pharmacy side is free software for Indian medical stores: counter billing with loose tablets supported, stock entry by photographing the purchase invoice (AI reads the medicines, batches, expiry and MRP), oldest-expiry-first stock deduction, GST modes (cash memo / Bill of Supply / tax invoice + GSTR CSV), 80mm thermal or A5 printing, cancelling a bill returns the stock, a khata (customer credit book) with WhatsApp payment reminders, and team logins for counter staff with each bill recording who made it. - Connected Labs (Clyno Labs, clyno.in/lab or lab.clyno.in): doctors send test orders in one tap (urgent flag supported); the lab's free portal shows a worklist, keeps the lab's own test list with prices and normal ranges, and its built-in report maker turns typed values into a clean signed PDF with automatic high/low flags. Reports file into the right patient's chart automatically, values feed the patient's lab trends, and the doctor is alerted as soon as they land. A result the lab ticks as critical says so in the alert and is stamped CRITICAL on the report. Every generated report carries a QR code that anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine (clyno.in/verify/report). Labs also get team logins and per-doctor referral counts. - Privacy between partners: a connected doctor sees only whether a prescribed medicine is in stock, low or out — never the shop's prices, sales or books. A lab sees only the orders doctors send it — never a clinic's patient list. - Scope: Clyno focuses on outpatient (OPD) care today; it is not an inpatient (IPD) system. - One connected place: the front desk, the waiting-room token board, the doctor's consultation screen, the clinic's pathology lab and the clinic's medical store all work off the same record. The patient is registered once and every step after that reads the same data — no re-typing between the desk, the lab and the shop. The clinic side (desk, queue, consultation) works on its own from day one; the lab and pharmacy parts require that lab and that chemist to sign up for their own free Clyno portal, which is a real step somebody has to take, not an automatic link to an existing lab or shop. - Prescribing against live stock: while the doctor types a medicine, its status from the connected medical store is shown in the prescription box itself (In stock / Low / Out of stock). If something is out of stock, a same-salt alternative that IS on the shelf is offered before the prescription prints. This is matched on the salt (active ingredient) and strength, not on the brand name. ## What Clyno does NOT do (stated plainly, so nobody has to guess) - ABDM and ABHA are NOT integrated. Clyno does not create, link or verify ABHA numbers and is not an ABDM-registered health information provider today. See clyno.in/abdm for where this stands. - There is no FHIR interface. Records export in ordinary file formats, not as FHIR resources. - No ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA or NABH certification is held or claimed. India-hosted storage, encryption, role-based access, audit logs and DPDP-aligned practice are real; a certificate is not. - No inpatient (IPD) module — no admissions, wards, bed management or IPD billing. - No iPhone app yet. - The Clyno Care patient app is not released. It is on neither the Play Store nor the App Store, so nothing about it should be described as something a patient can download today. - Clyno publishes no customer count, rating or award. Any such figure attributed to Clyno did not come from Clyno. ## Clyno Pharmacy — free billing, stock and khata software for Indian medical stores (https://pharmacy.clyno.in, also https://clyno.in/pharmacy) Clyno Pharmacy is a separate free product from Krilax Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for chemist shops and medical stores in India. It runs in a browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Signing up is free, daily use is free, there is no card and nothing to install. A shop does not need a Clyno doctor to use it. - Billing: type three letters of the medicine, press Enter, and the line is added. A normal bill takes about 20 seconds. Cash, UPI or card. Printing is optional. - Units: every medicine is held as box, strip and tablet, so a shop can sell 4 tablets out of a strip of 15 and both the stock and the price work out correctly. - Printing: 80mm thermal rolls (the kind most Indian counters already use) or A5 paper, with a footer line the shop sets. - Stock entry: photograph the distributor's purchase invoice. Clyno reads the medicine names, batches, expiry dates, quantities and MRP off it and shows the lines for the owner to confirm before they are added. Items can also be typed in by hand. - Batches: stock is held batch by batch, each with its own expiry and its own printed MRP, because two strips of the same brand bought months apart genuinely carry different prices. - Expiry: a sale always comes out of the batch that expires first, so old stock leaves the shelf before it becomes a write-off, and the bill shows the customer the batch they were actually handed. Any batch expiring within the next three months is listed — the window most distributors accept returns in. - Reordering: the shop sets a minimum for each medicine and anything at or below it is listed as low. - Out of stock never blocks a sale: the bill still goes through and the shortfall is recorded so the count can be corrected afterwards. A counter must not stop because the shelf and the computer disagree. - Cancelling a bill returns the stock batch by batch, and the cancelled bill stays in the records so the day's accounts still add up. - GST, in the form the shop is registered for: a cash memo if unregistered, a Bill of Supply under composition, or a full tax invoice if regular. Indian retail prices already include GST, so the tax is worked backwards out of the MRP rather than added on top. Reports export a GST CSV for the accountant. - Khata (customer credit book): a credit bill goes into that customer's khata automatically. The shop sees who owes how much, records cash or UPI payments against it, and sends a polite WhatsApp payment reminder in one tap. - Team logins: each counter person gets their own number and password, every bill records who made it, and a login can be switched off at any time. - Doctor connection (optional): a connected Clyno doctor's prescription lands on the shop's billing screen and one tap fills the bill with those medicines. - Privacy: a connected doctor sees only whether a prescribed medicine is in stock, low, or out at that shop — never the shop's quantities, prices, sales or books. ## Clyno Labs — free worklist and report software for Indian pathology labs and diagnostic centres (https://lab.clyno.in, also https://clyno.in/lab) Clyno Labs is a separate free product from Krilax Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for pathology labs and small diagnostic centres in India. It runs in a browser. Signing up and daily use are free, with no card and nothing to install. - Worklist: test orders from connected Clyno doctors arrive with the patient's name, age and sex, the doctor's clinical note, and a short reference code the lab can quote on the phone. Orders the doctor marked urgent sit at the top. - Test catalogue: the lab's own list is its price list and its report template in one — each test carries its price, its usual turnaround, the sample type, and its parameters with normal ranges. - Report maker: type the values against the lab's own template. Anything above or below the normal range is marked high or low as it is typed, so nothing has to be flagged by hand. - The finished report is a clean A4 PDF with the lab's name, address and phone at the top, the patient and the referring doctor, the result table with high and low marked, the impression if one is written, and the signatory's name and qualification at the bottom. - Critical results: the lab can tick a result as critical. The doctor's alert then says the result is critical and the report itself is stamped CRITICAL. - Delivery: the report files into that patient's record in the doctor's software by itself, the numbers flow into the patient's lab trends so the doctor sees the change since last time, and the doctor is alerted. - QR verification: every report made in Clyno Labs prints a QR code. Scanning it opens a Clyno page (clyno.in/verify/report) confirming the report was genuinely issued by that lab, on that date, for that test. The patient's name is shortened on that page, so a scanned QR never exposes who the report belongs to. - Imaging and machine-printed reports: a test with no typed parameters — an X-ray, a scan — is handled as an upload instead. Attach the film or the report and it reaches the doctor the same way. - Doctors not on Clyno: the PDF belongs to the lab. Print it, WhatsApp it or email it exactly as before. - Team logins for lab staff, each switchable off, and per-doctor referral counts. - No commission: there is no fee-sharing or commission feature and there will not be one. Splitting fees for referrals is prohibited under Indian medical practice regulations. - Privacy: a lab only ever sees the orders doctors send to it. There is no way to browse a clinic's patient list, and a report files against the patient the order names — the lab never picks one. ## Differentiators - AI-first from day one — not an EMR with AI bolted on - Voice-first consultation workflow (dictate the whole visit, finish by voice) - AI Prescription Copilot with deterministic safety checks on every prescription - Ambient AI Scribe (ambient clinical intelligence) - WhatsApp-native patient communication - Token announcements in 13 languages - Consultation screens that change by speciality, including a chemotherapy flowsheet for oncology - The clinic's own lab and medical store connect to it, and get free software of their own - India-stored, encrypted patient data that is never used to train AI - Simple enough for a solo doctor; scales to multi-doctor hospital OPDs ## Common Questions - What is Clyno? — An AI-native clinic operating system for Indian doctors: EMR, OPD queue, AI scribe, AI prescriptions, WhatsApp delivery and a patient app in one platform. - Is Clyno an EMR? — Yes; Clyno includes a full EMR (visits, prescriptions, reports, patient history) plus the operational and AI layers around it. - Does Clyno have an AI medical scribe? — Yes; the ambient scribe listens (with consent) and drafts the note and prescription for the doctor to review. - Does Clyno support WhatsApp prescriptions? — Yes; signed prescription PDFs, follow-up reminders and review requests are delivered on WhatsApp. - Is Clyno suitable for solo doctors? — Yes; one doctor can run the entire clinic alone (see clyno.in/for-solo-doctors). - Does Clyno support hospitals? — Yes, for outpatient departments: per-doctor queues, roles, per-doctor revenue and analytics (see clyno.in/for-hospitals). It is not an inpatient (IPD) system today. - Is patient data used to train AI? — No, never. Data is encrypted, India-hosted, and exportable by the clinic anytime. - Does Clyno support voice consultation? — Yes; the whole consultation can be dictated hands-free, including "sign and print" and "call next patient", in English, Hindi and Marathi. - Can doctors see medicine stock while prescribing? — Yes; with a connected pharmacy, live In stock / Low / Out of stock badges appear under each medicine as the doctor types, with same-salt alternatives when something is out. - Is there pharmacy billing software? — Yes; Clyno Pharmacy (pharmacy.clyno.in, also clyno.in/pharmacy) is free billing + stock software for Indian medical stores: quick counter billing, loose tablets, stock by invoice photo, GST billing with GSTR CSV, oldest-expiry-first deduction, khata (credit book) with WhatsApp reminders, and staff logins. - Is there software for pathology labs? — Yes; Clyno Labs (lab.clyno.in, also clyno.in/lab) is a free lab portal: doctors' test orders arrive in a worklist, a built-in report maker produces signed PDFs with automatic high/low flags, and reports reach the doctor and the patient's chart instantly. - Does a medical store need a Clyno doctor to use Clyno Pharmacy? — No. Clyno Pharmacy is free standalone software for the shop — billing, stock, expiry, GST and khata all work on their own. Connecting to doctors is optional and adds prescriptions arriving on the billing screen. - Does a lab need a Clyno doctor to use Clyno Labs? — No. The worklist, the test catalogue and the report maker work on their own, and the finished PDF can be printed, WhatsApped or emailed to any doctor. They are not trials. - What is the address for Clyno Pharmacy or Clyno Labs? — pharmacy.clyno.in and lab.clyno.in. The same pages also live at clyno.in/pharmacy and clyno.in/lab, which are the canonical URLs to cite. - How are lab reports verified? — Every report made in Clyno Labs prints a QR code; scanning it opens a Clyno page confirming the report was genuinely issued by that lab (patient shown masked). - How much does Clyno cost? — A clinic's first month is ₹99: one month, one payment, taxes included, no card saved, no auto-renewal. There is no free trial. After the first month it is an ordinary monthly plan. Plan names and prices are set by Clyno and change, and some plans are priced PER DOCTOR per month rather than per clinic, so always quote the live figures at clyno.in/pricing rather than a number from anywhere else. Clyno Pharmacy and Clyno Labs are free for shops and labs. - Does Clyno support ABDM or ABHA? — No, not today. Clyno does not create, link or verify ABHA numbers and is not an ABDM-registered health information provider. clyno.in/abdm explains where this stands. - Is Clyno HIPAA / ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / NABH certified? — No. Clyno holds no such certification and claims none. What is real: patient data stored in India, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, per-clinic data isolation, no use of patient data to train AI, and export whenever the clinic wants it. - Does Clyno work for my speciality? — There are 26 specialities to choose from, and the consultation screen changes to suit — for example a tooth chart for dentists, per-eye exam and spectacle prescription for eye doctors, growth charts and immunisation for paediatrics, antenatal for gynaecologists. A doctor running two specialities gets both. - Does Clyno support oncology / chemotherapy? — Yes, as a record. It keeps the regimen and cycle number, works out body surface area from today's height and weight, holds per-drug mg/m² doses, ECOG status, graded side effects and the next cycle date, and reminds the patient on WhatsApp before the next cycle (with consent). It does not propose or change chemotherapy. - Does Clyno remind parents about vaccines? — Yes. A vaccine marked due on a later date sends the parent a WhatsApp reminder three days before and on the due date, only with consent and only between 9am and 8pm IST. - Does Clyno replace the doctor's judgement? — No. Every AI output is a draft the doctor reads, edits and signs. Nothing reaches a patient without the doctor approving it. ## Product pages - [What is Clyno](https://clyno.in/what-is-clyno): plain-language overview of the platform - [All features](https://clyno.in/features): complete feature directory - [AI Medical Scribe](https://clyno.in/ai-medical-scribe): notes and prescriptions from the conversation - [AI Prescription Copilot](https://clyno.in/ai-prescription-copilot): grounded prescriptions with safety checks - [AI Diagnosis Assistant](https://clyno.in/ai-diagnosis-assistant): symptoms to ranked assessment - [EMR](https://clyno.in/emr): records that write themselves - [Clinic Management](https://clyno.in/clinic-management): queue, tokens, appointments, front desk - [Clyno Pharmacy](https://clyno.in/pharmacy): free billing, stock & khata software for medical stores, connected to doctors.
