Clyno Pharmacy is free billing, stock and khata software for a medical store in India — all three on one screen. Type a couple of letters and the medicine is on the bill. Photograph the distributor’s invoice, check the lines it read, and tap — the stock is in. A credit sale files itself into that customer’s khata.

₹0This is what the software is for. Not a feature list — the four things that take the most time or cost the most money in an ordinary week.
The distributor’s bill arrives with twenty lines on it. Every medicine, batch, expiry and MRP has to go into the computer by hand.
Photograph it. Check the lines. Tap.
The screen says four, the shelf has two. The customer waits at the counter while somebody goes to look.
The bill continues, and the count is fixed later.
A strip sits behind the rest and goes past its expiry. By the time anyone notices, the distributor will not take it back.
Every batch expiring in the next 90 days is listed.
Credit sales go into a diary. Who owes how much, and since when, is hard to say by the end of the month.
A credit bill files itself into that customer’s khata.
Take a photo of the distributor’s bill, or upload the PDF. Clyno reads each line — medicine, batch, expiry, quantity, pack notation, MRP and GST rate. Then it shows you what it read. Nothing goes into your stock until you tick it.
JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF, dot-matrix prints included. Every batch keeps its own expiry and its own printed MRP. Anything at or below the minimum you set shows as Running low, and any batch expiring in the next 90 days shows as Expiring soon. If the shelf disagrees with the screen, recount that batch — the difference is saved with a reason instead of quietly disappearing.

Medicine, batch, expiry, quantity, pack, MRP and GST rate — line by line.

Doctors using Clyno in their clinic can connect with your shop. When a connected doctor prescribes, a green tray appears above your search box with the patient’s name and how many medicines are on it. Tap Fill bill and the bill is written for you.
A doctor can send up to 40 medicines in one prescription. A doctor can also invite you with a link. It is good for 30 days. Sign up through it and your shop is connected from the first minute.

₹0Bill on credit and it goes into that customer’s khata by itself — there is no second step. The top of the tab carries one number: what the whole shop is owed. Customers are listed by who owes the most.
A credit bill needs the customer’s name or phone number, because it has to go into somebody’s khata. The same customer is recognised across bills by phone number.

Every bill records who made it
What comes out of the shop on paper, and what your accountant gets at the end of the month.
What comes off the roll
Which one prints is decided by the GST you are registered for. You choose once in Settings. Indian retail prices already include GST, so on a tax invoice the tax is worked backwards out of the MRP instead of being added on top.
None of these are estimates or averages. Each one is a rule the software follows, on every bill.
0
units per medicine
Box, strip and tablet are all real. Switch on the bill line and the price re-works itself.
0.00
smallest quantity on a bill
Half a strip, a quarter bottle — it bills, and the stock comes down by that much.
0
ways to record a payment
Cash, UPI, Card and Credit. One tap each, and the chosen one turns green.
0days
the expiry list looks ahead
Any batch expiring inside that window is listed, soonest first.
0
kinds of bill
Cash memo, Bill of Supply or tax invoice — picked from the GST you are registered for.
0
paper sizes
80mm thermal roll, or A5 sheet. Page margin 3mm either way.
A few more: the search starts looking after 2 letters and shows up to 12 medicines. The low-stock line starts at 10 units per medicine and you can change it. A doctor can send up to 40 medicines in one prescription and check up to 30 names at a time. A doctor’s invite link is good for 30 days. A signup code is 6 digits and lasts 5 minutes.
You do not have to move your old data first, and you do not have to finish your stock before you start.
Using some other software right now? Start billing on day one anyway. If a medicine is not in your stock yet, the bill still goes through. The count is corrected later. A counter should never stop because the shelf and the computer disagree.
Clyno is also the software some doctors use in their clinic. Connect with a doctor you already work with and three things change at your counter.
You do not need a single doctor for this to be useful. The billing, the stock, the khata and the reports all work on their own. The doctor link is something you switch on later, with the doctors you choose.
Only as bands, and only doctors you have connected with. While prescribing, a connected doctor sees whether a medicine is in stock, low, or out at your shop — and if it is out, up to three same-salt medicines you do have.
Never leaves your shop
They never see your quantities, your prices, your sales or your books. Not the count on the shelf, not the MRP on the batch, not the day’s takings, not a single bill.
Inside your shop
Never sent: your counts, your prices, your sales, your bills.

Short answers, and only about things the software does today.
Yes. Signing up is free, billing is free, stock is free — no card, nothing to install. It runs in your browser on any computer or phone.
Yes. It makes GST-ready bills (cash memo, Bill of Supply, or tax invoice with GSTR CSV), prints on 80mm thermal paper or A5, supports loose tablets, and cancelling a bill puts the stock back.
Photograph your purchase invoice — Clyno reads the medicines, batches, expiry and MRP, you confirm, done. You can also add items by hand.
Yes. Stock is held batch-wise with its expiry, and a sale always goes out of the batch that expires first, so old stock moves before it becomes a loss. The bill shows the batch the customer was actually handed.
Yes. Every credit bill goes into the customer's khata automatically. You see who owes how much, record payments (cash or UPI), and send a polite WhatsApp reminder in one tap.
Yes. Add team logins with their own number and password — no more sharing yours. Every bill records who made it, and you can switch a login off any time.
Doctors on Clyno connect with your shop. When they prescribe, the prescription lands on your billing screen — you tap it once and the bill fills itself.
No. A connected doctor only sees whether their prescribed medicines are in stock, low, or out — never your prices, sales, or books.
