AI Medical Scribe

The AI medical scribe that writes your notes while you talk

Consult your patient the way you normally do. Clyno listens, then drafts the note, the diagnosis and the prescription for you to check and sign — in the Indian language you speak.

From conversation to complete visit

The scribe does not just type out what was said. It sorts the conversation into the fields of a visit and hands you a draft you can sign.

It listens to the room

Tap record and talk to your patient normally. There are no command words to remember and no template to fill.

10 Indian languages

English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam and Punjabi — with English mixed in, the way OPD is actually spoken.

A SOAP note, not a transcript

The draft comes back sorted into subjective, objective, assessment and plan, instead of one long block of text.

It drafts the prescription too

From the assessment it proposes medicines with dose, frequency and duration, taken from the medicine catalogue and checked for safety.

Scribe audio is not kept

The scribe's audio is transcribed and then thrown away. Only the text you accept is saved. Keeping a recording is a separate, consented feature you have to switch on.

You stay in control

Every field can be edited. The scribe proposes and you decide; dictated medicines wait in a review tray until you accept them.

How it works

Four taps from hello to signed Rx

  1. 1

    Start listening

One tap on the consultation screen starts it. An indicator stays on screen so the patient can see it is listening.

  2. 2

    Consult normally

Talk to your patient the way you always do. There is no special phrasing to learn.

  3. 3

    Clyno drafts the visit

When you stop, it drafts the note, the diagnosis, the investigations and the prescription, in the specialty you practise.

  4. 4

    Check and sign

Read the draft, change what you want, and sign. The prescription is then ready to print or send on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

It listens to the doctor–patient conversation and writes the documentation for you — the note in SOAP form, the diagnosis and the prescription — so you are not typing while the patient talks. In Clyno the scribe only drafts. Nothing enters the record until you have read it and accepted it.

The scribe does not. The scribe's audio is sent for transcription and then thrown away — only the text you accept is saved. Clyno does have a separate feature for recording a consultation and keeping it, but that is a different button, it is off unless you turn it on, it shows the patient on screen that recording is happening, and it asks for their spoken consent. Clyno will not record anyone secretly.

You pick your dictation language from English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam and Punjabi. Indian OPD mixes English into every other language, so whichever you pick, English is always recognised alongside it.

It is tuned for medicine names and dosing shorthand, and the prescription it drafts comes from a catalogue of 2,48,000+ Indian medicines rather than being made up. It is still a draft — read every line before you sign. Dictated medicines wait in a review tray and are never applied on their own.

Yes. It drafts in the specialty you have set on your profile, so a gynaecologist's note is not written like a physician's. Clyno has consult panels for 26 specialties, and the scribe writes into whichever ones apply to you.

It depends on how much you type today, so we are not going to put a number on it. What we can say is what it removes: typing the note, typing the medicine names, and typing the dose and duration for each one. Try it for a week on your own OPD and judge it from that.

The scribe is part of Clyno's plans, which begin with an introductory first month at ₹99. Basic is ₹2,999 a month and Premium, which has the full AI set, is ₹6,499 a month. See the pricing page for current details.

Let it do the typing
