AI EMR software that writes itself
Clyno is AI-first EMR software for doctors and clinics in India — it holds the whole patient record and writes most of it for you. Vitals, allergies, chronic conditions, reports and the full visit history are written from the consultation by the AI scribe, and carried forward to the next visit on their own.
Everything about a patient, in one place
Fields, not scans
Complaints, diagnosis, medicines, advice and follow-up are stored as separate fields, so they can be searched and charted later.
Vitals & conditions
Vitals, allergies and chronic conditions are tracked over time, and they feed the prescription safety checks.
Carry-forward
Past vitals, medicines and history pre-fill at the return visit, so you are not asking the patient the same questions again.
Full visit history
Every consultation, prescription and report is one tap away — including the history you imported from before Clyno.
Reports & immunisation
Lab reports, scans and the immunisation card sit with the visit. Lab values chart over time, and vaccine reminders go to the parent on WhatsApp.
Secure by default
Hosted in India, encrypted, role-based access and audit logs. The records belong to the clinic and can be exported.
Live in a day, not a quarter
- 1
Import your patients
Bring patients and past visits in from a spreadsheet or another system, so nothing is left behind.
- 2
Consult as usual
The scribe and the copilot write the record from the visit itself, so nobody types it a second time.
- 3
History builds itself
Each visit adds to the timeline, and the next visit opens with that history already filled in.
- 4
Use it on any device
Web, Windows desktop and Android, with the same records on each. There is no iPhone app yet.
Frequently asked questions
We are hardly neutral, so judge it yourself in your first month. What Clyno does is put the record and the AI in one place: the scribe writes the note, the copilot drafts the prescription, and both save into the same patient file — so the record gets written as a by-product of the visit instead of as data entry afterwards.
In most EMRs the doctor types the record. In Clyno the AI scribe drafts it from the conversation and you correct it. The record also does not sit on its own — the token queue, billing, WhatsApp follow-ups and reports are the same system, so the front desk and the consultation room are not two different softwares.
Yes. Vitals, chronic conditions, allergies, past visits, prescriptions and lab reports carry forward and pre-fill on the next visit, so the previous story is on screen before you start.
Yes. Patients import from a CSV or Excel file, and old visits can be imported as dated records. The importer matches on phone number and name so the same patient is not created twice.
If your lab uses Clyno Labs, yes — you send the test order from the consultation screen, and when the lab finishes, the report lands on that patient's chart and you are alerted. Critical values are flagged first. The report PDF carries a QR code that anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine. Otherwise you or your staff upload the report, and the values still go into the trend chart.
Data is hosted in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, and separated per clinic, with role-based access and audit logs. It is never used to train AI models. We follow the principles of India's DPDP Act. Clyno holds no ISO, HIPAA or ABDM certification, and does not claim one.
An EMR your doctors will actually fill in
Because the AI does the typing. Import your patients and see. Try it — first month ₹99.
