For hospitals & multi-doctor OPDs

Hospital OPD, without the training week

A queue for every doctor, kiosk registration and a waiting-room token board, admin, doctor, staff and HR roles, revenue by doctor, and AI in the consultation room. This is an OPD system — it does not do inpatients, and we say so plainly below.

A queue per doctor Admin · Doctor · Staff · HR Revenue by doctor
Built for busy OPDs

Everything a hospital OPD needs, in one flow

One queue per doctor

Every doctor runs their own line. Urgent cases, no-shows and walk-ins are handled by set rules instead of by whoever argues loudest.

Kiosk + token board

Patients register themselves at a kiosk; a waiting-room TV shows 'Now Serving' and calls the turn out loud in any of 13 Indian languages.

Roles and access

Admin, doctor, staff and HR roles, each seeing only what the job needs. An admin can disable an account and sign that person out of every device.

Numbers by doctor

Patient volumes, waiting times and revenue by doctor and by day, on one dashboard for the owner.

Billing & payments

Consultation fees, procedure charges, payment mode tracking, GST invoices and a GST CSV for your accountant.

Logs you can show

Consent records, activity trails and exportable patient data — so an audit question has an answer.

Scale without complexity

Grows from 2 doctors to an OPD floor

Add doctors and staff by email invite. A doctor who practises at more than one branch switches between them with one tap under a single login. There is no separate 'enterprise edition' with a different interface — the small department and the busy OPD run the same app.

  • Invite doctors and staff by email
  • One login for doctors working at several branches
  • No modules to buy and assemble

AI at the point of care

Every doctor gets the AI copilot

Voice consultations, scribe notes, and prescription drafts from a 2,48,000+ medicine catalogue. As each prescription is built it is checked against that patient's allergies, other medicines, age, weight and conditions — and that check runs even for a doctor who has turned the rest of the AI off. Clyno has consult panels for 26 specialties, so each of your departments gets its own, and the admin can see AI usage per doctor.

  • Voice consultation and scribe for every doctor
  • Allergy, interaction and dose checks on every prescription
  • Specialty panels across 26 specialties; AI usage visible to the admin

AI draft · reviewed by you

Augmentin 625 — twice daily · 5 days
Dolo 650 — when needed · 3 days
Pan 40 — once daily · 5 days

Allergy check: patient is penicillin-allergic — use Azithromycin instead.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Every doctor gets their own queue and appointments; the kiosk lets patients pick their doctor; staff see and manage all lines from one dashboard; and admins get per-doctor revenue and analytics. Doctors can also work across multiple clinic branches with one login.

Clyno has admin, doctor and staff roles, plus an HR role for attendance and leave. Staff run registration, the queue and payments without seeing clinical settings; doctors get the consultation screen; admins control the clinic, the team, the plan and the reports. If someone leaves, an admin can disable the account and sign them out of every device.

No. Clyno is an outpatient system — OPD queues, consultations, prescriptions, follow-ups, billing and the front desk. There are no beds, no wards and no admission records in it. Hospitals run Clyno for the OPD next to whatever they already use for inpatients. IPD is something we have planned but not built, so please do not buy on that basis.

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in India, and separated per clinic. Access is by role, consent and activity are logged, and patient data is never used to train AI models. The hospital owns the data and can export it. To be clear about what we do not have: Clyno holds no ISO, HIPAA or ABDM certification, and is not connected to ABDM. See the security page.

Yes. Book a demo and we will take your team through a full OPD run, help you import patients from your current software, and set up the doctors, staff and kiosks with you. How long that takes depends on how clean your patient export is and how many doctors you are onboarding.

Yes, if they sign up for the partner portals. With Clyno Labs, a doctor sends the test order from the consultation screen and the finished report comes back on to the patient's chart, with critical values flagged and a QR code on the PDF to confirm it is genuine. With Clyno Pharmacy, the doctor sees in-stock and out-of-stock badges under each medicine while prescribing, and can send the prescription to the pharmacy counter in one tap. Both portals have their own team logins.
