What Clyno does

What you get, in plain words

Voice consultations

Dictate the whole visit. Command words like “sign and print” work in English, Hindi and Marathi.

AI with safety checks

Prescription drafts from a 2,48,000+ medicine catalogue, checked for allergy, interaction, duplicate therapy and dose.

WhatsApp delivery

The prescription PDF, follow-up reminders, vaccine reminders and review requests — all consent-gated.

A queue that runs itself

Kiosk registration, a “Now Serving” TV board, voice announcements in 13 Indian languages, one-tap call-next.

Clyno Care patient app — coming soon

Not on any app store yet. When it is out, patients will book, watch their queue position and keep their prescriptions on their phone. Kiosk QR self check-in at the clinic works today.

The records stay yours

Encrypted in transit and at rest, exportable at any time, never used to train AI models.

Frequently asked questions

Two things shape it: voice and WhatsApp. A doctor can run the whole consultation by voice — dictate the complaints, the diagnosis and the medicines, then say “sign and print” or “call next patient”. The AI drafts prescriptions from a catalogue of 2,48,000+ Indian medicines and checks each one against the patient's allergies, other medicines and conditions. The prescription then goes to the patient on WhatsApp, and the waiting room runs on a token board that calls turns out loud.

Yes. A solo doctor can sign up alone in under a minute and run the clinic without any staff — patients register themselves at the kiosk and the queue moves on one tap. A multi-doctor clinic or hospital OPD gets a separate queue per doctor, admin, doctor and staff roles, revenue per doctor, and doctors who work at more than one branch under a single login.

Yes, if your current software lets you export. Take a CSV or Excel file of patients and import it into Clyno. The importer matches on phone number and name so you do not get the same patient twice, and on a merge it fills only the empty fields. Past visits can be imported as dated records as well.

Not at the moment. Your first month is ₹99, taxes included — one month, one time, for a clinic that is new to Clyno. Enter your name and mobile number, verify the OTP, pay, and the workspace opens. No card is saved and nothing renews on its own, so you can still run Clyno next to your current software on the same day's patients and decide from that.

If they use Clyno. Clyno Labs is a free portal for the lab: you send the test order from the consultation screen and the finished report comes back on to the patient's chart, with critical values flagged. Clyno Pharmacy is a portal for the chemist: while you prescribe, each medicine shows an in-stock or out-of-stock badge, and one tap sends the prescription to their billing screen. Both are separate sign-ups that the lab or pharmacy does themselves.

The fairest comparison is one real day

Start in under a minute with a phone OTP — ₹99 for your first month, no card saved, no sales call — and run Clyno next to your current software for a day.
