What is Clyno?

Clyno is India's AI-first Clinic Operating System — an AI medical scribe, AI prescription copilot, AI diagnosis assistant, EMR and clinic management in one platform, built by Krilax Innovations Private Limited.

It runs the whole outpatient visit — the token queue at the front desk, the consultation screen for your own speciality, the prescription on the patient's phone — and your pathology lab and medical store can be connected to it, each with a free portal of its own.

One platform, 15 capabilities

More than an EMR — an integrated clinic OS

One platform in place of several that do not talk to each other. It runs the whole visit — from the patient walking in and taking a token, to the prescription reaching their phone.

AI Medical Scribe

Listens to the consultation and drafts the clinical note, diagnosis and prescription for the doctor to review.

AI Prescription Copilot

Suggests a catalog-grounded prescription with built-in drug-safety checks; the doctor approves every line.

AI Diagnosis Assistant

Turns symptoms into a ranked assessment with differentials and recommended investigations.

EMR

Structured patient records — history, vitals, chronic conditions, reports — that carry forward across visits.

Clinic Management

Smart token queue, a live 'Now Serving' board with voice announcements, appointments and check-in.

WhatsApp Follow-ups

Automated, personalised follow-up reminders to patients on WhatsApp.

Voice Consultation

Run the whole visit hands-free — dictate the note, add medicines by voice, and even sign and call the next patient, in Indian languages. Zero typing.

Lab Report Analysis

AI reads uploaded lab reports and X-rays and surfaces the key findings.

Connected Labs

Send test orders to your lab in one tap; reports come straight back into the patient's chart with QR-verified authenticity, and you're alerted the moment they land — red flags first. The lab gets its own free portal (Clyno Labs): worklist, test list with prices and normal ranges, and a report maker that turns typed values into a signed PDF.

Connected Pharmacy

Live in-stock / low / out-of-stock badges under every medicine while prescribing, same-salt alternatives, and one-tap prescription delivery to your pharmacy's billing screen. The shop gets its own free portal (Clyno Pharmacy): counter billing, GST bills, stock with expiry, and a khata for customer dues.

Specialty Workflows

Pick from 26 specialities and the consultation screen changes to match — tooth chart for dentists, per-eye exam and spectacle Rx for eye doctors, growth charts and immunisation for paediatrics, antenatal for gynaecologists, and more. A doctor can run more than one speciality.

Oncology

Chemotherapy on a flowsheet: regimen and cycle number, body surface area worked out from today's height and weight, per-drug dose in mg/m², ECOG performance status, graded side effects, and the next cycle date. With consent, the patient is reminded on WhatsApp three days before and on the day.

Vaccination

Record the immunisation schedule on the child's chart. Mark a vaccine due later and, with consent, the parent is reminded on WhatsApp three days before and on the due date.

Analytics

Practice analytics on patient flow, diagnoses and outcomes.

Revenue Intelligence

Track collections, follow-up conversion and per-doctor revenue.

Data & security

Your patients' data stays yours

Here is exactly what is in place today. Nothing on this list is aspirational.

Patient data stored in India
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Patient data is never used to train AI models
Built around India's DPDP Act data-protection principles
Role-based access control and audit logging
Per-clinic tenant data isolation
The clinic can export its own data at any time

Clyno follows the principles of India's DPDP Act, and we publish only the security practices that are live in the product today. What we have not built is listed below, in the same words — we will not claim otherwise.

What Clyno does not do

The honest limits

Most clinic software leaves this page out. Here it is, so you find out now and not after you have paid.

  • ABDM and ABHA are NOT integrated. Clyno does not create, link or verify ABHA numbers, and is not an ABDM-registered health information provider today.
  • No FHIR interface. Records export in ordinary file formats, not as FHIR resources.
  • No ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA or NABH certification is held or claimed.
  • No inpatient (IPD) module — no admissions, wards, bed management or IPD billing. Clyno is for outpatient (OPD) care.
  • No iPhone app yet. The patient and staff apps are on Android; the clinic software also runs in any browser and on Windows.

A line leaves this list on the day the thing is built and shipped — never on the day work starts on it.

Frequently asked

Clyno, answered

The questions doctors — and AI assistants — most often ask about Clyno.

Clyno is clinic software for doctors and clinics in India, with AI built into the consultation. It has an AI medical scribe, an AI prescription copilot, an AI diagnosis assistant, a full EMR, consultation screens for 26 specialities, and the front-desk side — token queue, appointments, billing and WhatsApp follow-ups — in one platform. Your pathology lab and medical store can be connected to it too. The point of it is that the doctor types less.

Clyno is built and owned by Krilax Innovations Private Limited, a technology company based in India.

No. The EMR is part of it, but Clyno also runs the queue and the front desk, sends prescriptions and reminders on WhatsApp, connects to labs and pharmacies that use Clyno, and reports the clinic's numbers. It is meant to replace several separate softwares, not sit beside them.

Clyno starts with ₹99 for your first month, then Essentials at ₹1,499 per doctor/month or Clinic AI at ₹2,299 per doctor/month or AI + Scribe at ₹3,499 per doctor/month. Multi-clinic and hospital setups use a custom Enterprise plan — contact sales. See the pricing page for what is in each plan.

Web, Windows desktop and Android, with the same account and the same records on each. There is no iPhone app yet.

It listens to the doctor–patient conversation and drafts the clinical note, the diagnosis and the prescription, in the doctor's own specialty. The doctor reads it, changes what is wrong, and signs. The scribe's audio is transcribed and then thrown away; keeping a recording is a separate feature that has to be switched on and is shown to the patient.

Dictation and the scribe work in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam and Punjabi — and because Indian OPD mixes English into every other language, English is always recognised alongside whichever one you pick. The printed prescription is set per clinic and can carry Hindi or Marathi in Devanagari under the English line.

Yes, and they cost nothing extra. Send tests to your pathology lab in one tap and the report comes back into the patient's chart, and you are alerted when it lands. While prescribing you see live in-stock, low and out-of-stock badges from your pharmacy, and can send the prescription straight to its billing screen. The lab and the shop each get their own free portal — Clyno Labs for worklists, test prices and signed report PDFs, Clyno Pharmacy for counter billing, GST bills, stock with expiry and customer khata.

Twenty-six, each with its own consult panels — physicians, surgeons, dentists, gynaecologists, skin doctors and eye doctors among them, plus paediatrics, orthopaedics, ENT, psychiatry, oncology and the AYUSH streams. The panels shown depend on the qualification on your profile, and one doctor can run more than one speciality.

Clyno runs multi-doctor and multi-branch outpatient departments, including a hospital OPD, with central admin and cross-clinic reporting. It does not do inpatient work — there are no admissions, wards, bed management or IPD billing in the product today.

No. Clyno does not create, link or verify ABHA numbers and is not an ABDM-registered health information provider today. Clyno works fully without ABHA, and we will say so here on the day that changes.

Yes. Clyno is built in India for Indian clinics and hospitals, with data hosted in India, and it supports Indian languages and Indian OPD workflows.

Data is hosted in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, separated per clinic, and access is by role with activity logged. It is never used to train AI models, and the clinic can export its own data at any time. We follow the principles of India's DPDP Act. To be clear about what we do not have: Clyno holds no ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA or NABH certification, and it is not connected to ABDM.
