Clinic management software that runs the whole OPD
Clyno is clinic management software for clinics and hospital OPDs in India — it runs the front desk, the queue and the follow-ups. Tokens, a 'Now Serving' board on the waiting-room TV, appointments, check-in and WhatsApp reminders. The front desk stops being a crowd of people asking whose turn it is.
Front desk to follow-up, one flow
Token queue
Registration gives out the token; the doctor calls the next patient in one tap. Urgent cases and no-shows follow set rules, not an argument.
'Now Serving' TV board
A waiting-room screen that calls the turn out loud, in any of 13 Indian languages. Nobody has to shout names.
Appointments & check-in
Patients are booked by phone or at the desk; staff check them in and the token becomes live. Patients can also check themselves in at the kiosk with a QR code.
WhatsApp follow-ups
The prescription PDF, the follow-up reminder on your date, and vaccine reminders three days before a shot is due — all consent-gated.
Staff & roles
Front-desk, doctor and admin roles, each seeing only what their job needs — plus staff attendance and leave.
Money and volumes
Collections, payment mode, revenue by doctor and by day, GST invoices and a GST CSV for your accountant.
Smoother from the door to the follow-up
- 1
Register or book
Walk-ins are registered at the desk or register themselves at the kiosk, and phone bookings are added by your staff. Everyone joins the same queue with a token.
- 2
Wait, knowing where you are
The TV board in the waiting room shows whose turn it is now and who is next. Nobody has to ask the desk.
- 3
Consult and prescribe
The doctor calls the next patient in one tap, dictates the visit, and the prescription goes to the patient on WhatsApp.
- 4
The follow-up goes out on its own
You set the follow-up date during the visit; Clyno sends the WhatsApp reminder when that date comes.
Frequently asked questions
It runs the non-clinical side of a clinic — registration, the token queue, appointments and check-in, the waiting-room display, billing, and staff attendance and leave. In Clyno the clinical side sits in the same software, so the front desk and the consultation room are not two systems that have to be reconciled.
It cannot make a doctor faster, so we will not claim a number. What it removes is the confusion: the patient has a token, the waiting-room TV shows who is being seen now and who is next, and the doctor moves the queue with one tap. Nobody has to stand at the desk asking how long it will be.
Yes. Each doctor has their own queue and appointment list, staff and admin roles are separate, and revenue is reported per doctor. A doctor who works at more than one branch switches between them under a single login.
Your staff book appointments at the desk or over the phone, and patients can register themselves at the clinic kiosk by scanning a QR code. Booking from the patient's own phone needs the Clyno Care patient app, which is coming soon — it is not on the Play Store or the App Store yet.
Yes — the prescription PDF after the visit, the follow-up reminder on the date you set, vaccine reminders to parents three days before a shot is due and again on the day, a Google review request, and payment reminders for pharmacy dues. All of it goes only to patients who have given consent.
The front desk, in one screen
Queue, appointments, billing and follow-ups in the same software as the consultation. Try it — first month ₹99.
