Clyno as a HealthPlix alternative
HealthPlix is an EMR known for fast prescribing, and it is a real product with real users — we are not going to tell you what is wrong with it. What we can tell you is what Clyno does: you dictate the visit by voice, AI drafts the note and the prescription, the PDF goes to the patient on WhatsApp, and the token queue runs the waiting room. Try both on your own patients and pick.
Dictate the whole visit — hands-free
Voice Consult Mode is for doctors who do not want to type. Say the complaints, the diagnosis and the medicines. Then say “sign and print”, or “call next patient”, and Clyno fills the form, prints the prescription and moves the queue. The command words work in English, Hindi and Marathi. Dictated medicines wait in a review tray until you accept them — a mishearing can never prescribe on its own.
- Dictate the whole consultation
- “Sign and print” and “call next patient” work by voice
- Works with a Bluetooth headset
An AI copilot with safety checks
One tap drafts a full prescription from a catalogue of 2,48,000+ Indian medicines, so the AI picks a real brand instead of inventing one. As you build the prescription, Clyno checks it against the patient's allergies, their other medicines and their conditions, and shows short warnings for allergy conflicts, drug interactions, duplicate therapy and dose problems. This check runs even for doctors who keep the rest of the AI switched off.
- AI prescription drafts
- Ambient scribe writes the note while you talk
- Allergy, interaction and duplicate checks as you prescribe
AI draft · reviewed by you
Allergy check: patient is penicillin-allergic — use Azithromycin instead.
Prescriptions reach patients where they are
The signed prescription goes to the patient's WhatsApp as a PDF the moment you finish. Clyno also sends follow-up reminders on the date you set, vaccine reminders to parents three days before a shot is due and again on the day, and a Google review request after the visit. All of it is consent-gated — a patient who has not opted in gets nothing.
- Prescription PDF on WhatsApp
- Follow-up and vaccine reminders sent automatically
- Send the prescription to your pharmacy in one tap

A queue that runs itself, out loud
Patients register themselves at a kiosk, get a token, and watch a “Now Serving” board on the waiting-room TV that calls the turn out loud. The announcement can speak in any of 13 Indian languages — English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Odia or Assamese. The doctor calls the next patient in one tap, or by voice.

- Priority cases and no-shows handled by rules

A patient app is on the way
The Clyno Care patient app is not out yet — it is not on the Play Store or the App Store. When it is ready, patients will be able to book an appointment, see their live queue position, and keep their old prescriptions on their phone. Today patients check themselves in at the clinic kiosk by scanning a QR code, and their prescription reaches them on WhatsApp.
- Coming soon — not on any app store yet
- Booking and live queue position will come with the app

Order a test, see the stock, without leaving the consult
If your lab uses Clyno Labs, you send the test order from the consultation screen and the finished report comes back on to the patient's chart by itself — you are alerted when it lands, and critical values are flagged first. The report PDF carries a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine. If your pharmacy uses Clyno Pharmacy, each medicine you type shows an in-stock or out-of-stock badge underneath, and one tap sends the prescription to their billing screen.

- In-stock badges under each medicine as you prescribe

The records stay yours
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and they are never used to train AI models. You can export a patient's data from Clyno at any time. If you leave, you take the data with you.

Your patients. Your records.
Move from HealthPlix in 4 steps
- 1
Export your patients from HealthPlix
A CSV or Excel file with names and phone numbers is enough to start. You will need an export your current provider's terms allow.
- 2
Import into Clyno
The importer matches on phone number and name so the same patient is not created twice. On a merge it fills only the empty fields, so it never overwrites what you already have, and WhatsApp consent stays off until the patient opts in.
- 3
Bring past visits (optional)
Old visits can be imported as dated records, so a returning patient's history is already on screen at the next visit.
- 4
Go live
Invite your doctors and staff by email, print the kiosk QR for the front desk, and see your first patient.
HealthPlix is a trademark of its respective owner. Clyno is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HealthPlix. This page describes only what Clyno itself does, as of July 2026. It does not state what HealthPlix does or does not do, and it is not a feature-by-feature comparison — other products change, and the fair thing is to check their current features and pricing with them directly. Importing needs an export that your existing provider's terms allow.
Frequently asked questions
That depends on what you need, and the only fair way to find out is to run both for a day. Here is what Clyno gives a doctor: dictate the visit by voice, an AI prescription draft with allergy and interaction checks, the prescription PDF on the patient's WhatsApp, a token queue with a waiting-room display, and connected labs and pharmacy if you use them. Pricing is a fixed monthly amount and you start with ₹99 for your first month, so you can test it on your own patients first.
Yes. Export your patients from HealthPlix as a CSV/Excel file and import them into Clyno in minutes — the importer de-duplicates by phone and name, only fills empty fields on merge, and keeps WhatsApp consent opt-in. Past visits can be imported as dated records too, so history stays with the patient.
Starting takes under a minute: enter your name and mobile number, verify the OTP, and your clinic workspace is created — you start with ₹99 for your first month, and there is no approval wait. After that it is your own work — import the patient list, invite your doctors and staff by email, and print the kiosk QR for the waiting room. A clinic that has its export ready can do all of that in an afternoon.
No. The records belong to your clinic. You can export a patient's data from Clyno whenever you want, it is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never used to train AI models.
