Clyno for ENT Specialists
The two ears recorded side by side, tuning-fork results read back to you, and twelve ENT procedures priced at your own rate — because the difference between the ears is half the diagnosis.
Sound familiar?
The daily frictions we hear from ENT specialists — and what Clyno does about them.
Made for an ENT specialist's day
Right ear and left ear, side by side
Wax, perforation, discharge, retracted or congested drum, fungal debris, foreign body, grommet — tapped, not typed. Marking an ear normal clears the rest, so the record can never claim both at once.
Rinne and Weber, read back
Tap the results and Clyno states what they point to — conductive on the right, sensorineural on the left, or normal. The textbook reading, worked out the same way every time.
Nose and throat on the same screen
Deviated septum, turbinates, tonsil grade — recorded where you are already looking, not on another tab.
Twelve ENT procedures, priced
Syringing, wax suction, foreign body from ear or nose, nasal packing, cautery, myringotomy, grommet, antral washout, laryngoscopy, endoscopy and audiometry — at your clinic's saved rate.
The ENT diagnosis list first
Otitis media, CSOM, otitis externa, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, DNS, epistaxis and vertigo at the top, instead of a general-medicine list.
Talk instead of typing
Dictate the medicines, the diagnosis and the follow-up while you are still at the patient, or let the scribe listen and draft the whole consultation.
Clyno for ENT Specialists — FAQs
Yes. Ear findings are recorded per side in two columns so the ears can be compared at a glance, tuning-fork results are interpreted for you, nose and throat findings sit on the same screen, and twelve common ENT procedures can be added to the visit and the bill.
Yes. Tap the Rinne result for each ear and the Weber lateralisation, and Clyno states the textbook reading — for example that a negative Rinne on the right with Weber lateralising right suggests a conductive loss on that side. It is deterministic logic, so it gives the same answer every time, and the doctor decides.
Yes. They are in the ENT quick-add list, they carry your clinic's saved price so the fee fills itself in, and they print on the prescription with the total.
