Yes. Enter the last menstrual period or a scan date and Clyno works out the expected delivery date and the gestation in weeks and days. Every visit records weight, blood pressure, fundal height, fetal heart rate and presentation, and the card can be printed for the mother to carry.
Fundal height is plotted against gestational age on the expected band. A reading more than 3 cm away from the dates between 20 and 36 weeks is highlighted, which is the standard bedside screen for a growth-restricted or large-for-dates baby.
There is a separate gynaecology record for cycles, flow, contraception, menopause, obstetric score and screening history including the last Pap smear and mammogram. The standing parts carry forward from the previous visit in one tap, so only the last menstrual period is asked afresh.
Yes. Data is hosted in India on Azure with encryption, role-based access and audit logging, following the principles of India's DPDP Act.
