Values are checked against the normal range you set for that test, and flagged as you type. Nobody has to remember which way round the range runs at seven in the evening.

Your lab's name, address and phone at the top, the patient and the referring doctor, the result table, your impression if you write one — and your signatory's name and qualification at the bottom.

It reaches the doctor by itself

The report files into that patient's record in the doctor's software. No email to compose, no WhatsApp to find, no risk of it landing on the wrong patient.

The numbers become a trend

Because the values are typed rather than scanned, they flow into the patient's lab trends — so the doctor sees this creatinine against the last four, not just today's number.

Mark a result critical

Tick it and the doctor's alert says the result is critical, and the report itself is stamped CRITICAL. The doctor knows to open this one first.

Forged reports are a real problem for a good lab's name. This is a small, honest answer to it.

Anyone can check it in one scan

Every report made in Clyno Labs prints a QR code. Scanning it opens a Clyno page confirming this report was issued by your lab, on that date, for that test — so a patient, an employer or an insurer can tell a real report from an edited photocopy.

It proves origin, not opinion

Deliberately narrow: the page confirms the report came from your lab. It makes no claim about the result itself, and the patient's name is shortened there, so scanning a QR never exposes whose report it is.
