Urgent sits at the top
An order the doctor marked urgent goes above everything else for that day. It is the one rule the worklist never breaks.

New, received, in progress, ready. The doctor sees the same four, so 'has it been collected yet' stops being a phone call.
Your catalogue is your price list
Each test carries its price, its usual turnaround, the sample type and its parameters with normal ranges — one list that is also your report template.
Imaging fits too
A test with no typed values — an X-ray, a scan — is an upload instead. Attach the film or the report and it reaches the doctor the same way.
Logins for your staff
Each person gets their own number and password instead of sharing the owner's, and any of them can be switched off.

What a lab can and cannot see
Two boundaries that are deliberate, and that we will not move.
A lab never browses a clinic's patients
You see the orders sent to you and nothing else. A report files against the patient the order names — the lab never picks one from a list, because that list does not exist here.
There is no commission feature
Clyno does not, and will not, pay or track a cut for referrals. Splitting fees for referrals is prohibited under Indian medical practice regulations, so it is not something we built and forgot to mention.
